I remember when I was young, watching commercials for perfume for women on television and thinking that those women had it all. Even though the commercials weren't targeting girls my age, I couldn't help but think that the commercials for perfume for women were made so that girls like myself could see exactly what we wanted to be like when we grew up. The ladies in the perfume for women commercials were always well put together, beautiful, and seemed on top of the world. When you're going through that awkward teenage stage, that's exactly what you want to feel, beautiful and on top of the world. I happened to think that perfume for women would be the one thing that could make it happen.

I remember asking for a specific bottle of perfume one year for Christmas, and when I opened the box and saw that I'd received exactly what I wanted, I knew my troubles were over. I would be just like the woman on the perfume for women commercial and life would be perfect. Little did I know that all the perfume would do for me was make me smell great, and the rest was up to me. I did find that out over time, but my love of perfume for women remained. Rather than having one 'signature' fragrance that I wear all the time, I tend to like to switch to various scents and styles of perfume for women, depending on my mood, or even the season.

I was originally only attracted to the bottle, but when I smelled it, I knew that it was something I'd really enjoy wearing. I didn't buy the perfume in the department store, simply because I knew that I could get it much cheaper from buying online as I usually do. That's one of my rules when it comes to perfume for women, never pay retail prices. Truth is I can't imagine anyone paying full price for something they can get much cheaper and I love to spread the word.
